The 2010 Running Class starts April 7th

Running Class The Florida Striders are going to hold a class for runners! The class will begin at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 7th and continue each Wednesday for 8 weeks (until 5/26/10). Bob Boyd will coach the class with the help of a wonderful team of group leaders. The class will be held at the St. Johns Country Day School track, on Doctors Lake Dr. in Orange Park, about 2.5 miles from Kingsley. More...
