Join us for a 3 mile neighborhood run, followed by Gary speaking at approximately 7:15. If you can't make it for the run, then please come for the talk.  The Striders will supply the pizza and refreshments, but if you can bring a side dish or dessert item, that would be welcome, as well.  Gary has talked his good friend, Jay Birmingham, into joining us. The conversations promise to be full of valuable running tips from these 2 veterans, as well as plenty of stories about Jacksonville's running history, including highlights about Gary's father, Ted, who is a legend in the running world. I'm sure we can also coax Jay into regaling us with stories about his running history, including his trek across the country!
