| Striders in the News Distance runners find ultimate experience in Orange Park Warm weather took a toll on endurance race competitors One foot in front of the other. For some of the tougher parts of last weekend's Iron Horse Endurance Run, those words were what helped Orange Park's Mike Lively to ... well, keep putting one foot in front of the other. For 62 miles. "Yeah, it kind of helps to have some kind of mantra you can repeat to try to distract yourself from the pain," the Naval officer said after running for 11 hours and 56 minutes straight to complete the 100-kilometer Orange Park ultramarathon run.
